Trunk Selector Technology

Our carrier platform has been developed to allow us to add additional features. One of these features is our Trunk Selector. It was developed for the inbound contact centre market but could be used in any other environment where incoming calls have multiple end points.

Our Trunk Selector allows calls to be load balanced in real-time between multiple sites. This is done on a percentage basis and is changeable at any time. Some of our contact centre customers use this technology to load balance a single phone number over centres on different continents. They also have the percentage of calls change dependant on the time of the day.
