SIP encrypt works via the installation at the customer site of at least one VoIP.co.uk supplied securing voice gateway. Our SAFEGateway devices operate under VoIP.co.uk’s control and are the provider edge device used to connect our service to the customer PBX system. Penetration tested, file integrity monitoring and intrusion detection systems continually protect the gateway device, monitor device health and offer reassurance against unauthorised tamper attempts. Similar network management systems monitor VoIP.co.uk’s cloud based equipment as mandated by our PCI DSS compliant service requirements.
