Direct Access Circuit (IP ISDN Replacement)

VoIP is only is good as the underlying network

 

With this in mind we have developed our Direct Access Circuit product. It has been designed from the ground up to be an ISDN replacement service from BRI to PRI replacement. To be able to offer a true ISDN like VoIP service we have engineered a network to the following specification

• 1:1 Contention Ratio, e.g no contention
• Does not use the BT data network
• Only Voice on the entire network from source to our switch
• No public internet, all connections privately addressed
• Connections to be monitored 24×7 from our NOC
• To be offered as a fully managed service including CPE

This means we have engineered a very high quality and reliable xDSL network for running VoIP traffic. We sell this service from a minimum of 4 channels up to 30 channels just like a PRI. However being a VoIP based connection there are cost savings to be made vs ISDN services.
