Jean-Pierre Vandromme - Chairman

Jean-Pierre Vandromme is a founder and Chairman of VoIP.co.uk. Jean-Pierre is the Chief Executive Office of Golden Telecom, a NASDAQ traded company (GLDN) with a Market Cap of 3.5 Billion Dollars. Prior to that Jean-Pierre was Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of VENTELO Europe from 2001 to 2003. From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Vandromme held various positions with Global Telesystems, Inc., including President of GTS-Business Services. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Vandromme was Acting President and Chief Executive Officer of GTS-Russia and assisted in developing the strategy for the initial public offering of GTS-Russia which resulted in the creation of Golden Telecom. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Vandromme was First Deputy-General Director of Sovintel, now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Golden Telecom. Earlier, Mr. Vandromme worked for BELGACOM (Regie des T.T.), the Belgian incumbent, acting from 1992 to 1994 as the commercial director of Combellga, a joint-venture between Belgacom, Alcatel, Moscow City Telephone Network and Comincom. Additionally, from 1988 to 1991, Mr. Vandromme worked as a staff member for two successive Belgian Ministers of Telecommunication.

Adam Crisp - Managing Director

Adam Crisp is a founder and Managing Director of VoIP.co.uk. Adam graduated from the University of Southampton with an Electrical Engineering degree went on to completed the Cisco Certified Internetworking Engineer (CCIE) certification in March 2003, Through working at several companies including BT, Ventelo, Nortel Networks, British Rail, and Cable & Wireless, Adam has helped achieve significant cost savings through innovative use of technology and network optimization.

Theo Zourzouvillys - Cheif Technical Officer

Theo Zourzouvillys is the lead technical architect at VoIP.co.uk. An Internet evangelist, Theo was instrumental in the start-up of one of the original six Internet Service Providers in Greece. Following acquisition by a Dutch ISP in 1998 prior to its amalgamation into OTEnet, now Greece's largest ISP, Theo relocated to the UK to lead the technical operations at Associated Networks followed by taking responsibility for network operations at NetConnex. Well known in the ISP community, Theo has repeatedly demonstrated an ability to implement reliable and secure systems using new technologies and concepts through a direct involvement in product development process from concept to finished product.

Chris Harding - Head of Customer Care

Chris Harding was appointed as the Head of Customer Care in June 2005. He is responsible for policy development in terms of customer care services.

Chris's multi skilled technical background, ranging from Microsoft Certified status, to a Masters Degree in Toxicology was key in his appointment. The need for understanding technology coupled with understanding real people makes Chris a valued member of VoIP.co.uk's management team.

Ian Christian - Technical Manager

Ian Christian recently joined VoIP.co.uk as a Technical Manager. Following the rapid expansion and deployment of VoIP.co.us's switching services, Ian is responsible for change management, Development scheduling and service delivery. A BSc(Hons) Computer Systems and Networks graduate from Plymouth University, Ian's software and Website management experience ensures that back office operations run smoothly.
